    By clicking on the ‘Register’ button below, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

    1. Gift certificates may only be redeemed at our website www.phocus.com.sg towards the booking of any workshops and classes conducted by Phocus LLP. 

    2. It is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue 

    3. The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-returnable. 

    4. It must be used in full during registration; no refund will be given when this gift certificate is redeemed against a workshop or class with lower value. 

    5. Prices of workshops are subject to change over time. Participants will be allowed to take up the workshop indicated on the gift certificate regardless of the change in price as long as the certificate is valid. 

    6. If a participant wishes to take up a workshop that is different from the one indicated on the gift certificate and of higher value, the difference in price would be borne by the participant. 

    7. You have read and agreed to our full sales & refund policy.

    8. Private lessons to be arranged two weeks in advance subject to availability of instructor. 

    9. A minimum booking of 2 hours applies for private workshops 

    10. Gift certificates will be sent by email in PDF format upon receipt of the full fees. No hard copies will be sent.
